delivery stage . Each project is designed to be finalized within a predetermined period, culminating in the delivery of the work to the client or the implementation of the system developed, proving that it works properly and meets the specifications at the time approved.

phase control. monitoring the work done by analyzing how progress differs from the plan and initiating necessary corrective actions.
