PRELIMINARY DEFINITIONS
initiation phase. Defining project objectives and the resources needed for implementation. The project features imply the need for a phase or pre designed for the preparation thereof, that phase has a great importance for the successful progress of the project.
execution phase . Represents the set of activities involving proper implementation of the project, the implementation of the work concerned. Responds to the specific technical characteristics of each type of project is put into play and manage resources in an appropriate way to develop the work in question.
