During the class the day Tuesday did not focus on what are the actors within the construction. It is important that we clear what are the actors in what is the construction process, and help us in the future be able to establish responsibilities in implementing the various tasks within the work. Knowing who's who in the works will help us be more efficient in executing and evaluating tasks.
We also realized that depends on the scope of the work or whether the work is public or private actors can be established, but generally maintains a base structure which, depending on the work groups or individuals will emerge with to cover the full extent of the work.
A good organization can make a difference in the performance of a work, establish responsibilities, internal communication channels, processes and procedures, duration of work among others will be highly benefited by a good structure of the organization. After
